On September 11-14, 2025 in Varna, Bulgaria will be held SENSHI Camp.

Planning to Join the Camp? Here's What You Need to Know

Before submitting your application, please take a moment to review the following essential guidelines:

Who Is Eligible:
Applications are accepted from athletes who have earned medals at World or European Championships, national-level competitors aged 16 or older, as well as their coaches.

What’s Included:
Once approved, participants will receive full coverage for accommodation, meals, all training sessions, and round-trip transfers between Varna Airport or the local bus station and the camp location.

Submitting Your Application:
Each participant must complete and send in an individual application form—only one submission per person is allowed. All required fields must be filled out in English.

Make Sure Your Info Is Correct:
Be precise and complete when filling out the form. Submissions that are late or incomplete will not be considered.

Group Allocation:
Coaches will be placed in a separate coaches’ group. Athletes will be grouped by their current weight class.

No Reassignment:
Group placements are final and cannot be altered once the camp begins.

Different Travel Schedule?
If your arrival or departure dates differ from the official camp dates, be sure to inform the organizers when applying. Use this email: senshi.camp.bulgaria@gmail.com.

Confirmation Process:
All accepted applicants will receive a confirmation email after the deadline on August 10, 2025. If you do not receive a confirmation within three days after that date, please contact the organizers using the same email address.

Personal Registration Only:
Approved registrations are individual and cannot be transferred to someone else.

Participation Rules:
Anyone who misses training sessions without notifying the organizers in advance will be charged the full cost of accommodation, meals, transportation, and training services.
