
The International Gala Fight Night SENSHI 25 took place on February 22 at the Palace of Culture and Sports in Varna, Bulgaria. Marking the first SENSHI event of the year, 22 professional fighters from 14 countries stepped into the ring, delivering 11 thrilling and action-packed bouts. The event also saw nine fighters make their impressive debuts on the prestigious SENSHI stage.
As the gala night concluded in front of a packed sports hall, four exceptional athletes were honored with special SENSHI 25 awards. These distinguished fighters had the privilege of receiving their accolades from martial arts legends Shihan Akira Masuda, Shihan Semmy Schilt, and Shihan Ryu Narushima.
SENSHI 25 Special Awards
The "Knockout of the Night" award went to Slovenian fighter Samo Petje, SENSHI’s European champion in the -70 kg category, for his second-round knockout victory over Italy’s Lorenzo Di Vara.
Croatian fighter Andrej Kedves earned the "Best Technique" award after securing a unanimous decision win against Italy’s Ivan Naccari in the second fight of the night.
Two "Fighting Spirit" awards were presented at SENSHI 25. The first was awarded to Romanian fighter Sebastian Lutaniuc, who pushed German opponent Agon Bellaqa to an intense extra fourth round. The second went to Bulgarian fighter Pavel Milev, who thrilled the Varna crowd with his relentless performance against Croatian opponent Mathias Martic.
Once again, SENSHI 25 proved to be the ultimate battleground for elite fighters, who stepped into the ring under the bright lights, showcasing their skills and delivering an adrenaline-charged spectacle.
