Fight Card for SENSHI 15 Showcases Epic Battles and Top Talent

Prepare for an exhilarating evening as SENSHI 15, the international gala fight night, unfolds on February 18th at the Palace of Culture and Sports in Varna. The action-packed event will commence at 6:30 PM EET / 11:30 AM EST, featuring 16 electrifying bouts across multiple weight divisions. Fighters from 19 countries will showcase their skills under the dynamic rules of KWU Senshi, KWU Full Contact, and KWU Open. Tickets are now available on Eventim.bg.

The night’s main event pits an Italian champion against one of Bulgaria’s top fighters in a clash sure to thrill. Meanwhile, the 15th bout of the evening sees a heavyweight showdown between a Brazilian champion and a renowned Bulgarian MMA star.

The fight card is brimming with world-class talent, including champions with impressive accolades. Participants hail from countries such as Portugal, the Netherlands, France, Brazil, and many more. Featured fighters include champions in kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Kyokushin, promising intense battles in every match.

In the KWU Full Contact category, the roster includes fighters such as a Turkish kickboxing medalist, a Bulgarian Muay Thai champion, a decorated Uzbekistani fighter, and a Japanese Kyokushin champion. Their clashes will bring a blend of technique, power, and endurance.

The KWU Open category offers equally thrilling matchups, with seasoned professionals and emerging champions from Europe and beyond. Highlights include battles featuring fighters with titles in international karate tournaments, professional kickboxing, and MMA.

Adding to the excitement, the night will feature showdowns between renowned martial artists from Spain, Bulgaria, Portugal, and Slovenia, each bringing a unique fighting style and history of championship victories.

The upcoming SENSHI 15 fight show promises an extraordinary gathering of martial arts legends and world-class fighters. Among the special guests are some of the greatest names in combat sports, including multiple-time champions and esteemed instructors.

The event will feature Shihan Francisco Filho, Shihan Glaube Feitosa, Shihan Semmy Schilt, Peter Aerts, and Ernesto Hoost, who are widely regarded as icons in the world of martial arts. Also attending are the illustrious K-1 Max Champion Albert Kraus, World Kyokushin Champion Sensei Andrews Nakahara, and Sensei Yusuke Fujii, a multiple-time winner of the prestigious All Japan Championship.

Adding to the star-studded lineup is Andy Souwer, a Dutch welterweight kickboxer and mixed martial artist. Souwer is a two-time K-1 MAX World Champion, a four-time World Shootboxing Tournament Champion, and the It’s Showtime 70MAX World Champion. Joining him is European Kyokushin Champion Sensei Jan Soukup, who has claimed victory in the prestigious All Japan Competition and earned a silver medal in the Kyokushin World Championship.

The fight show will also have a strong referee and instructor team, including Sensei Zahari Damyanov, the Absolute World Champion in Kyokushin Karate and a four-time European Champion, and Sensei Petar Martinov, a World and European Champion in the super heavyweight category. Shihan Aleksandr Pichkunov, the General Secretary of the Kyokushin World Union (KWU) and a medalist in K-1 Grand Prix tournaments, will also contribute to the event's prestige.

The excitement of SENSHI 15 will be broadcast live on Bulgaria ON AIR and Max Sport 1 in Bulgaria. For global audiences, the event will stream in real time on FITE, Senshi.com, Boec.bg, Boec.com, Kwunion.com, and Kyokushin Karate News.
