SENSHI 29 strengthens its lineup as Ali Yuzeir becomes the fifth Bulgarian fighter confirmed for the upcoming gala. The event will take place on December 6 at 7:00 PM EET (12:00 PM EST) at the Palace of Culture and Sports in Varna, Bulgaria. The fight night will feature 12 bouts with athletes from 16 countries. Tickets are available at Eventim.bg.
Ali Yuzeir brings an impressive background as a WMF Muay Thai World Champion (2018), Balkan K-1 Champion (2017), and European Vice-Champion (2015). He has previously competed at SENSHI 4, where he secured a victory. This time, he will face Karim Mabrouk in the -85 kg division under KWU FULL CONTACT rules. Mabrouk, representing Austria, is the 2022 ISKA World Champion and winner at SENSHI 23.
Just days before their scheduled bout, the two athletes met at the WAKO World Championships in Abu Dhabi on November 25, where Yuzeir claimed a win over Mabrouk. Their rematch at SENSHI 29 promises tension, motivation — and a chance for redemption.
Further updates on the fight card and athlete profiles will continue ahead of the event.
