Rikov
Zhulien Rikov is a Bulgarian kickboxer competing in the 75 kg division and representing Desant Sports Club in Dobrich, Bulgaria. Despite his young age, he is already regarded as one of the most promising fighters of the new generation in European kickboxing.
Rikov is a two-time WAKO World Cup champion, a two-time European Cup champion, and an eight-time Bulgarian national champion. His rapid rise through the amateur ranks has made him one of the standout talents in Bulgarian striking sports.
He made his professional debut in 2025 at SENSHI events, one of Europe’s leading kickboxing promotions. Within a short period, he secured several notable victories, including a win over Spain’s Alex Fernandez at SENSHI 29 in Varna.
A major breakthrough in his career came in February 2026 when he won the SENSHI 30 Grand Prix in the 75 kg category. During the anniversary event in Varna, Rikov fought three bouts in a single evening, overcoming Brazil’s Carlos Barbosa, Moldova’s Constantin Rusu, and DR Congo’s Christian Baya in the final to claim the championship title. At just 19 years old, he became the first winner of the SENSHI Grand Prix in this division.
Known for his endurance, speed, and versatile striking arsenal, Rikov combines powerful kicks and knees with fast boxing combinations and strong tactical awareness in the ring. His training routine includes multiple daily sessions focused on technique, conditioning, and mental preparation.
Today, Zhulien Rikov is widely seen as part of the new generation of Bulgarian fighters often referred to as the “Bulgarian Lions.” Following his triumph at SENSHI 30, he is considered one of the rising contenders for major titles in the organization and a promising name to watch in international striking competition.
